The Coconut Grove can accommodate up to 800 guests in a banquet style setup and provides a lot of space for medium to large gatherings. An advantage to having a wedding at The Royal Hawaiian is having the capability of doing everything onsite - from getting ready, to ceremony up to the reception. This minimizes any risk of delays due to traffic.

The Regency Room is an indoor space perfect for smaller functions of up to 60 guests reception-style, and 180 guests banquet-style. This elegant ballroom is a versatile area, and can be divided into three separate rooms for smaller, more intimate gatherings.

The Monarch Room is a luxurious and elegant ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 guests banquet style. Featuring floor to ceiling windows, and a private lawn, allowing guests to move freely in and out of the indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space provides guests with a wonderful view of Diamond Head. The venues amenities include culinary services, an audio-visual team, and sound and light equipment.
