Glass Ballroom

The Ko’olau Glass Ballroom can seat 250 guests, and lives up to its name. The Glass Ballroom provides guests and couples with a floor to ceiling panoramic views of the Ko’olau Mountains, the Ko’olau Golf Course, and the Pacific Ocean, The ballroom comes with tiered flooring and private lanais. Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom offers a wonderful view of the 18th tee of the golf course. This large banquet hall can seat up to 850 guests, and offers an elegant banquet space for wedding receptions. This ballroom is perfect for larger gatherings, or receptions requiring plenty of space to move around and setup large equipments or dance floors.

Outdoor Garden

Aside from reception spaces, Ko’olau also provides ceremony spaces, one of which is the Outdoor Garden. The lush garden has wonderfully landscaped lawns and greenery. The rate for this ceremony site is $2,500, with chairs for 50 guests, sound equipment, water service, and rehearsal time. One consideration for the Outdoor Garden is that it doesn’t provide an alternative indoor shelter in case of rain, however, this can be easily remedied by renting a tent to provide protection from water in case of rain. However, this truly is a beautiful location especially in clear weather.

Ko’olau Vista

The Ko’olau Vista is a gorgeous setting for a ceremony, providing you with a beautiful view of the majestic Ko’olau Mountain range. This is definitely one of the most gorgeous locations on the Ko’olau Golf Course, and is located on the 18th tee. Pricing for the Ko’olau Vista is $4,000 for the ceremony, including sound equipment, chairs for 70 guests, rehearsal time, a 20’ x 40’ white tent, water service, champagne service, and shuttle service to the Vista.

The venue also offers a variety of catering options, from plated meals to buffet stations to food trucks. They can accommodate any dietary requirements and offer a variety of cuisines to suit your taste.
