The Hanalani Chapel is a beautifully built Victorian chapel surrounded by lush tropical greenery, and sitting just at the water’s edge. It’s perfect for small intimate weddings during the day, treating couples and their guests to visual feast. This location is sure to provide brides with a unique tropical experience.

While it is still located in the heart of Honolulu, the chapel provides you with a secluded area that is not hard to locate, being just 15 minutes away from Waikiki. The chapel also comes with ample parking for your guests.

The chapel can sit up to 30 guests, and provides standing room area for 30 extra guests. Even though it’s an indoor ceremony location, the chapel is sunlit, and is gorgeous especially during daytime.

One of the challenges one can expect when planning a ceremony at Hanalani Chapel is that it can only accommodate a total number of 60 guests, and may not be a viable option for weddings of more than that number. The lawn, however is a beautiful reception location, though it doesn’t provide any alternative shelter in case of rain.

What you may like:

The chapel is a truly gorgeous and romantic spot for a ceremony, being an indoor location providing beautiful views. The inside of the chapel is gorgeous as well, and allows plenty of natural light to stream in. The area is easily accessible, and parking is not a problem.

What you may not like:

The lack of space for more guests may be a problem, especially for weddings of 100 guests. The area isn’t fully equipped for a reception as well, and lacks an area for culinary services. Power may be a challenge as well.
